Theme Income approach - hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, logistic centers and corporate properties. Comparison approach - key aspects for the usage of applied regression analysis.  Valuations in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) -  Main aspects.  Valuations for Expropriations - Concepts and trends.

 Presentation of the main concepts applicable to evaluations made by the Income Capitalization Method. Approach of case studies and polemical aspects that stand out in this methodology, such as discount rates and risk analysis. Presentation of cash flow structure, key variables and random simulation. presentation of case studies for evaluation of malls, hospitals and warehouses of logistics. At the end of the workshop will be presented, a closing panel with a discussion on the most important aspects in economic evaluations, applications and controversial aspects.
